I just feel bad that the vitamin is hard to swallow. I wish it was coated. I am not sure if Vit C is coated. I'll try next time I buy it. 11 of 17 found this review helpful: Vitamin C comes from CHINA! , 2007-11-17 I just called Nature Made and the woman informed me that many of their ingredients are sourced from CHINA and "other countries around the world"! I thought this company could be trusted to provide quality products, but I guess not... I have used it for a couple of years and whether or not it can be attributed to this vitamin, I only get one cold each year and even work with the public in retail. I will buy it again and continue to use it.
